Our manufacturing facilities supply a wide range of components in a number of different materials to both Llewellin’s and Customer designs.

We have over 100 gear production machines at your service. In addition to our gear and spline cutting ability, we have sufficient turning, milling, grinding, broaching, honing and EDM facilities to aid and complete our transmission component production. To ensure the ultimate pride is taken in our work, we have extensive inspection facilities to complement our production. 

To ensure Llewellin’s remains THE specialist company in power transmission components we have installed a state-of-the-art 5-axis EDM wire cutting machine with a specialist gear and spline facility to enable us to produce those ‘impossible’ jobs and to keep us at the forefront of technology.

  • Broaching of splines - Serration’s - Keyways (exceeding 250 broaches)
